Ethical rules reflect our shared values and principles of how we act.

For me, it is crucial to always follow the ESK's professional rules of ethics. I work according to the ethical rules that apply within the international trade organization AESC and I have been a certified member of the ESK for many years. See more info www.esk.se

I carry out my assignments carefully, taking into account the interests of both clients and candidates. In their professional practice, the recruiting consultant should in all respects safeguard the client, the candidate and his or her own integrity.

I promimse to, in strict confidentiality, carry out assignments in a qualified and professional manner and personally contribute to the completion of the project.

I specify in advance both working methods and other terms for the assignment.

I prepare for the assignments through a thorough analysis of the client's situation and of the current position. The analysis should result in a search profile agreed upon with the client.

The recruiting consultant should always give the candidates a factual, balanced and objective picture of the client and the position.

I personally must have interviewed, informed and evaluated the candidates presented to the client with regard to the current position.

I care about your privacy and protecting the personal information I process about you. All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and other personal data legislation.
